I'm a Chilean psychologist with over 10 years of professional experience and a migrant since 2019.
After leaving Chile, I lived for two years in Spain and, since 2021, I've been residing in Germany, where I'm continuing to build my life.
I always dreamed of living abroad, meeting new people, cultures, and landscapes. But I never imagined how challenging it would be to start from scratch. I know firsthand the loneliness, the fear of not being understood, the insecurity of speaking another language, and the frustration of not being the independent person I was in my home country. I've also felt how the stress of adaptation can affect the most important relationships.
My own migratory experience transformed the way I practice psychology. Today, I support people who, like me, seek to regain their confidence and emotional well-being to enjoy their new life abroad.

I was experiencing a lot of stress, feeling very alone abroad, and a close family member was facing a very difficult situation. Talking to Valentina made me feel accompanied and also helped me gain more confidence in myself to make important decisions. I highlight her respectful attitude, emotional sensitivity, and clarity in guiding through difficult times. Thanks to the process, I was able to overcome an important stage of my life.

I started the process feeling anxious, overwhelmed, and trapped in a toxic work environment. It was my first experience with therapy, and I didn't know what to expect. With Valentina I found clarity, understanding, and a safe space to comprehend what was happening to me. I learned to take responsibility for myself, let go of limiting beliefs, and see asking for help as a strength. Thanks to this process, I regained confidence, lightness, and direction in my life.

Living abroad is much more than moving—it's about adapting to a new culture, language, and lifestyle. This process, while enriching, can also lead to loneliness, anxiety, stress, and confusion about who you are.
Many people feel they must be okay because they chose to migrate, but that idea only increases the suffering. Making a decision doesn't invalidate the pain it may bring. Both can coexist and deserve to be acknowledged.
You might sometimes feel out of place or more sensitive than usual. What's important is to recognize what you're experiencing and know there are ways to feel better.

It's a 20-minute video call where you'll tell me about your current situation. I'll explain my approach and way of working, so we can determine if I'm the right professional for you.
Online sessions last 50 minutes and are conducted via Google Meet or Zoom. At the beginning of the process, we'll set clear goals to guide our work and help us evaluate your progress.
Yes. Research shows that online sessions can be just as effective, as long as there is a strong therapeutic bond and commitment to the process. It also offers benefits such as flexibility, comfort, and continuity—even if you change locations. For those living abroad, it can be a safe and stable space in the midst of change.
We usually start with weekly or biweekly sessions, and as you progress, we can gradually space them out. Once your goals have been reached, we'll schedule a follow-up session (around one month later) to ensure the changes are lasting.
If in the future you feel the need for support again, I’ll be available to continue the process or start a new one.
Sessions can be paid via bank transfer (a European bank account is required).
No. Sessions are a private service and are not covered by the Krankenkasse or private insurance. I also do not provide reports for reimbursement.
Rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. After that period, the session will be considered attended and must be paid, as the time slot will have been reserved for you.
Before starting the process with Valentina, I felt stuck and unsure of how to move forward. I decided to begin because I felt I had nothing to lose, and it turned out to be a good decision. Along the way, I learned how to keep going despite the initial sense of blockage, finding new ways to deal with my difficulties. Valentina made me feel at ease from the beginning, and talking about complicated situations never felt exhausting.
